Toolbar

At startup the program check a number of well known photo viewers and editors and adds buttons on the toolbar for easy access to those tools. With a file selected you can launch the player or editor with 1 click.

Searchbar

Base Dir = the default target directory, can be set in preferences You can change this to any directory using the button "Base Dir" When you change the Base Dir you may have to re-generate the index.

The index button is there to generate the index. That is it will scan files in the Base directory and it's subdirectories, the exif comment will be added to the index.

Generating the index takes some time but is only needed once or after you add new photos or when you updated the comment on some photos. When you try to process more than 2000 files the program gives a message. On my system the speed is approx 100 photos/second.

Search = the words you want to search.

Search results

Each photo has filename, filesize and Exif comment.

Click to select a photo. A preview will appear at the right.

Click a button on the toolbar to launch a viewer or a editor.

Preview

The preview appears only after a click on the photo.
